Joyce was born a natural performer. With a mother who sang and a father who was a drummer with a crazy sense of humor, Joyce embraced all three disciplines at an early age. After years of formal training in theater, music, dance and voice, various opportunities took her to places as diverse as Germany and Japan – far from her native Los Angeles. After many years of exploration – singing, acting, writing songs for bands, films and herself – a distinct style of her own emerged. With a keen understanding of what made the great Big Band singers she grew up listening to so enduring, Joyce has combined her vocal, comedic and theatrical talents to create her own one-woman show. The show, called „It’s All About Love,“ showcases a remarkable evolution into a performer of rare versatiliy that leaves audiences cheering.
